The warranty will cover the following defects; peeling, blistering, flaking, chipping, splitting rusting and cracking.

How to Measure Aluminum Open Lattice Patio Covers

To assist you in your installation we provide the following:

1. Measure width of area to cover ("A"). Round to the nearest foot.

2. If mounting to back wall, measure distance from the back wall of the building to the outside edge of the desired area ("B"). "B" will be the projection.

3. If attached to the Eave, measure distance from the wall to the outside of the eave ("C"). Sutract "C" from "B" (distance from back wall to outside edge) to arrive at measurement "D". "D" will be the projection.

Snow Load and Wind

• Aluminum open lattice patio cover kits are available in 10 pound per square foot (psf) and 20 psf live load designs.
• 10 psf live load is for non snow areas. Continental United States only.
• 20 psf live load is for moderate snow and/or high wind areas. Continental United states only.
• These patio covers are not for use in heavy snow areas.

Ultra Lattice Patio Cover Pricing

• 
  All measurements are in feet and inches.

• ** Flat Panel Solid Cover pricing above includes beam.

• Standard open lattice is 2" X 2" with flat end caps on equal spacing providing 60% shade. Pyramid end caps can be substituted at no extra charge.

• Classic Style covers are 10% less.

• Ledger kit up to 20 feet is $250, 24 feet is $300.

• All prices are based on 10# live load.

• Price is standard with 8 foot high posts. 9 foot high posts are no extra cost. 10 foot high posts add $45 per post.

• Skylights are available on Ultra Covers only. If desired add an additional 5%. Cloud white skylights are 6 " wide and are every 24" (3 solid panels).

• California sales tax will be added when appropriate.
